The electronic open tendering platform in use, owned by “PETROTEL-LUKOIL “S.A. was developed to facilitate the access of all the material resources and goods suppliers, to acquisitions amounting to at most 30.0 00 USD, no VTA.
Thus, the acquisition of the material resources and goods (MRG) with the value under 30.000 USD no VTA is exclusively achieved using the Procurement Module (Electronic Tendering) implemented within “PETROTEL-LUKOIL S.A”.
The Procurement Platform in use provides:
- Transparency regarding the procurement of MRG below 30.000 USD.
- Access for all the suppliers interested, by announcing the open tenderings and publishing the announcements on a dedicate website;
- Decrease of the necessary resources procurement and payment deadlines;
- Integration of the necessary procurement to the material and refining necessary resources;
- Minimizing the inventory of the technical and material values.
