When drafting the Commercial Bid, there shall be taken into account the discount to be awarded with the commercial negotiation stage (on-line tender), not exceeding 30% of the initial value of the commercial bid.
The selection of the Winner shall be done based on the commercial-technical criteria, considering the Technical Report score, Delivery Deadline, Delivery Terms, Payment Terms.

Societăţile care doresc sa participe la licitaţie vor accepta invitatia pe website dupa inregistrare/logare.
Termenul final de primire a acceptului de participare la licitatie este pana la: 14.02.2025, ora 11.00.
Termenul final de depunere a ofertelor de licitaţie de către Ofertanţi: 20.02.2025, ora 11.00.
La intocmirea ofertei comerciale, se va tine cont de faptul ca discountul care va fi acordat in cadrul etapei de negociere comerciala (licitatie on-line) nu va depasi 30% din valoarea ofertei comerciale initiale.
Firmele furnizoare inscrise la licitatie si participante la licitatia on-line, care acorda un discount mai mare de 30% din valoarea ofertei comerciale initiale, vor fi excluse si propuse pentru introducerea in “Black List”.
Selectarea castigatorului se va face pe baza de criterii tehnico - comerciale, tinand cont de punctajul din raportul tehnic, termenul de livrare, conditiile de livrare, modalitatea de plata.
