The Deadline for submitting the Bidders Auction Proposals is 14.03.2018, 11:00 am.
When drafting the Commercial Bid, there shall be taken into account the discount to be awarded with the commercial negotiation stage (on-line tender), not exceeding 30% of the initial value of the commercial bid.
Supplying companies registered for tender and attending on-line tender, providing a discount higher than 30% of the initial value of the commercial bid shall be rejected and proposed to be recorded on the “Black List”.
